Get your sunlight in after work for health reasons and then embrace nocturnal life. Bang nurses who are also working night shift, most of them are sluts

is it physical work or desk job/security? if it's the latter it's ezpz actually AND you avoid the gym crowds

might just have to give it another 3 months and see if your body gets used to it
and if it never gets used to it then maybe night shifts just aren't for you

Ive worked night shift at a factory about 10 years straight out of high school and cant really remember what normal used to feel like to compare it to. Not depressed but kinda numb and bored a lot. Have some skinissue/acne but had it before so not sure any relation. My sleep routine has always been manageable during the work week but some weekends waste away. Very little social life. Great for empty gym, shopping, and dentist or dr appointments during the day.
