i would estimate 80% or more people doing deadlifts or squats (dlifts more dangerous) will eventually fuck up their back

happened to me too like 20 years ago. disc never heals fully but it gets only inflammed when lifting heavy stuff

Tore my pec and have multiple concussion, so I have resigned to lifting leisurely and rooning

Yet another DL/BAack squat victim. Why do people pretend these exercises aren't more dangerous than all the others?

Inb4 dozens of documented cases on this board are lies and OP just didn't brace correctly.
