About to go cook my patented Italian tuna past. Costs pennies to make and is good for 2.5 main meals.

Will post results and method shortly.

Boil 250 grams of pasta in water, salt and a dollop of table spread

When pasta is nearly cooked strain and keep a small amount of the water

Add canned tomatoes, tuna, table spread, salt, a squirt of ketchup, the pasta water you saved and mixed herbs.

Stir and finish cooking the pasta. Add more salt, table spread and ketchup as desired.

Serve with bread and grated cheese.

Viola.

No, the shredded cheese is essential otherwise your body will be like 'fuck you where's the rest'. I added more cheese after I took this pic and my body is happy.

Considering how good I feel after eating this pasta meal made using the supermarket's cheapest table spread has really made me wonder about the garbage that must be in most commercially available foods. Hmm.
