>25m
>Having issues since 3 years, getting progressively worse, albeit slowly
>neck, shoulder, arm all extremely tight, only on the right side
>Feel something clicking and aching behind my right shoulder blade
>Extreme, laughable weakness in the right rotator cuff
>Trouble speaking, controlling facial movements of the right side (This literally ruined my life)
>weakness in literally all movements on the right side, even though i've been lifting for 8 months now doing lots of pullups, it seems the serratus is not developed at all on my right side, but it is on the left
>BP, Row, shoulder press, curl, tricep extension, whatever it is, right side is way weaker
>Even right leg is a lot weaker, don't feel it firing when deadlifting or squatting
>Can't feel right side of abs while squatting, left fires though
Wtf is going on with me
I'm thinking rotator cuff tear and vagus nerve compression at least (vagus nerve would explain the serratus which seems to be most underdeveloped of all muscles, other muscles on the right do develop, albeit less fast than the left)
But could there be more nerve compressions?
what could explain the extreme tightness throughout the neck, which even infiltrates the facial muscles, jaw and gums, making it hard to speak?
Pls bros if there is anything you could help me with, i'm not trying to sound like a bitch but i'm pretty close to an heroing at this point, can't keep a job bc of my situation even
>other issues
>digestion issues, lots of acid reflux (which hurts and surges a lot more on the right incredibly)
>brain fog
>low libido
>low t (410, although might be more now that i've done a lot of work to raise it, don't suspect much more though)
>right hand and wrist painful and weak, broke it 13 years ago
> stretching right arm hurts and feels like stretching the ulnar nerve

yes (and the new "based right wing" gov made it even worse), however if i really had a stroke you'd get instant treatment, but for anything that doesn't threaten your life immediately you have to wait for months
why are you so sure i had a stroke, i thought a stroke is like where you collapse on the floor and that shit

The biggest issue is your age and sex, until you hit 40+ you are going to be told fuck off you're fine from most doctors especially since you've had these concerns for years at this point

the symptoms you describe all point to a serious neurological or spinal issue. The weakness and spasms on one side of your body is especially concerning. Could be lingering effects of a stroke, could be a tumor on your spine, could be something else. But you absolutely need to see a neurologist ASAP.

Here is what your state funded doctor will tell you once they see you.

"I can see you are walking around and moving fine. I think you just have some anxiety, stress, or maybe a pulled muscle. Take some paracetamol and ibuprofen and try to relax."

This is where you press on them as hard as you can to get yourself an MRI. Do not leave that office unless you get an MRI and a blood test for neurological panel But you will be waiting a long time for that.

I had the exact same situation. Just because I can stand and walk I was 'fine'. I eventually had an MRI and they found two lesions. Luckily it was acute for me and I recovered (long and slow recovery all on my own (useless PTs)). I got private health insurance since.

Also worth feeling around your body for any trigger points/adhesions. Release them. From my experience, an adhesion in the back can affect an entire side of the body and make it feel tight.
