I have zero interest in stretching except for keeping reasonable range of motion into old age. Don't wanna do any gay stretchy poses

There is no such thing as "outdated" when it comes to physical training. Humans haven't changed so much that what was true in the past suddenly isn't true now. While there are studies that have shown static stretching doesn't help performance as much as we once thought, these studies, as with pretty much every study in exercise science, measure degrees of significance that would only EVER matter to professional athletes. So no, nothing is outdated and there is absolutely nothing wrong with static stretching.

There's a difference between "not bitter" and gullible
ANYONE online trying to sell you something is on something, it would put them at a HUGE disadvantage not to

The current meta is what she's saying (I suppose): you don't need passive stretching, you need to load the muscle/tendon through the entire rom.

"being on something" = artificial hormones = artificial appearance

she looks like someone who is healthy but also exercises

"being on something" would be a disadvantage unless you are targeting brain damaged, traumatized people

You think everyone on PEDs looks like Rich Piana?
Influencers need to look good 365 days of the year or they lose income to other influencers willing to do it.
