But just like height or muscle it's probably small when accounting for other factors, for example the average height of an asian american male (shortest race on average) compared to a white american male (tallest race on average) is 7 cm, or 4%.

I'd expect the inherent genetic differences in iq between races to be similar to that, so probably 95 iq for the least intelligent ethnic group/race on Earth, and 105iq for the smartest ethnic group/race on average.
