>Do workout
>Feel completely fine during and right after
>Few hours later exhausted to shit and sleep 12hrs still feeling tired
How do I improve/speed up my post-workout recovery?

This shit is what's really holding me back. I need to recover to be ready for the next workout but I feel like shit while recovering...

Shorter workouts spread out during the week
Don't go to total failure
Stimulate the CNS but don’t overload it
Focus on natural movement patterns

Also, your conditioning sucks. Go on long hikes and do hill sprints once a week.

Essentially you’re a slob and your system can’t handle your little bitch workouts

That doesn't make sense because I'm barely even winded by the end of my workouts yet I'm completely shot a few hours later.
