Unironically how do I improve my mobility up to a point where I can go completely ATG high bar, without tilting forwards and without needing to to use a pussy platform that lets me place my heels a bit above my toes (helps with depth, but I want to go deep without having to use it)?

practice it daily
everyday before going to bed I squat down for 10 minutes, I couldn't do it for more than 30 seconds when I started
slowly push yourself and build up time, hips will open up and ankle dorsiflex more
you can start with heels elevated if needed, and then start trying without elevation

Tbh I never learned the difference between high and low bar or how to preform a low bar without it just rolling off i should say,

As for ATG I only do it for high rep squats or bodyweight ones not heavy reps
Figure breaking parallel while maintaining good form is good enough, never liked how my lower back rounds during ATG on heavy squats

Whenever I try to do back squats I get a weird pinching feeling and a sharp numbness up the side of my neck, even if I load up the bar super light, even just 40kg causes it. At first I thought it was because my traps weren't developed enough and it was resting on the bone, but I've built my traps considerably and it still happens.

Low bar squats are a disgusting bastardization of what a squat should be. It makes me sick when I see people doing them.
