Well no but youโ€™re right. Iโ€™ve been eating at a deficit for a year if you can believe that. A big one then small one. Save for about two months during the holidays (gained 12 pounds.) Iโ€™m 5โ€™11โ€ 160, if I donโ€™t run and eat at a deficit I'll get fat.

I got so hungry once it brought me to tears.

As someone who, at 35, has been the guy who people constantly asked, starting from when I was fucking 14, "how do you do it?" Referring to me being built pretty much just like the azn in OPs pic, I would always struggle with what to say, do what? Not stuff my face constantly?

When I was a teenager and I heard about kids who had weird food obsessions, insane concoctions that in a single serving would be like 1000 calories and (if sweet) would have well over 100g of processed sugar, I never blamed them, you know why? They were children and they werent doing the grocery shopping for the household
This idea that people need to develop these convoluted coping mechanisms to keep themselves from eating the junk food in their pantry is not backed up by any good science
The key to not sitting on your ass and eating junk food all day is not to bring that shit home from the grocery store
Children whose parents left them around junk food and also instituted a "clean your plate" attitude at the dinner table were basically bringing eating disorders into the house

I once saw a girl at my office eat a single piece of pizza over the course of the day. Like one bite every 30 minutes or something. She had a 0cal soda for lunch and nothing else that I saw (we were cubicle buddies). I was fucking amazed because I'd stuff my gob with like 3-4 of those slices and just call that "lunch" before. That was my wakeup call that maybe my perception of portions was fucked up.

Why? Childhood or western diets or w/e? Dunno. It just was and I realized I needed to start reigning shit in.

I've gotten used to hunger after I accepted that it's not a "bad" or "dangerous" feeling. I'm also doing EC stack so it's much easier to ignore. My problem is that I can eat a normal breakfast, then end up going 10 hours without food, then pig out on a 3,500cal dinner a few hours before sleep. RIP any progress I would have made that day.
So instead I have to introduce some kind of regular eating during the day even if I don't feel like it so I don't "snap" like that at the end. Trying protein shakes (with frozen berries and whole milk) rn since consuming a liquid is easier than chewing.

Yes. I was 74 kgs four weeks ago and I'm down to 68. My bi-annual 5 week vacation is coming up and I want to be able to eat anything and everything I set my eyes on, so now I'm eating 600 kcal a day to lose weight in advance. In another 2 weeks I'll be down to 65, which will give me about a 10kg buffer, which means I can eat 2000 surplus calories every day on my holiday if I want to, and I'll still only get back to 75 which is a reasonable weight for my height (173 cm)

This is my natural state. Even after gaining 15kg of muscle and like 5-10kg of fat over the years I still need to force feed myself to maintain my current weight (83kg at 184cm). It happens that I drop 5kg in a month because I don't watch what I eat. I'm just never really hungry. God I wish you could just replace food with a pill to swallow.

Unfortunately no. Female type anorexia, aka "eat less" will kill your muscle mass before it kills your fat (except in your face, which is exactly what you don't want btw). In fact, female type anorexics almost never have abs, pecs or striated shoulders. You will not look like the guy in OP, you will just look sick. Nevermind you will also lose the youthful fat in your face.

Excess fat exists specifically to store energy, if you are not eating enough it makes no sense for the body to start burning the muscle before the fat. By cutting you'll lose some muscle too, but you'll lose fat much faster

Was worried for so long about losing my gains and getting weaker if I ate less, I swear they lie about how much a person needs a day and even more so for someone that exercises alot

I lost 25lbs over 10 months by just not eatting at work and only drinking on weekends.

Training never changed, no strength loss despite most of the week I have one meal a day and sometimes I even go a day or 2 without eatting

If I wanted to get even leaner Id just restrict more but it's unnecessary since I lose weight eatting under 3,000 calories a day and I litterally cant pig out enough on just the weekend to fuck it up

Only reason I lost the weight was for some advanced calisthenics so once im stronger I'll just return to normal, never cared much for my appearance just my ability
