Have you managed to reverse your myopia naturally? Or did you go for surgery?

Idk, some anon here claimed he managed to do it by just being outside a lot and running. Some people also swear by the active focus method (with reduced lens strength).
>>76350110
It's not. Why wouldn't it be possible?

If it costs you little or nothing to try something, will you still reject it because it doesn't have le science to back it up? I think its a really gay attitude to have, but do whatever you want its not like I'm forcing you to do it. This thread is just for discussion, which is better than ignoring the problem.

I'm considering lowering my contact lense strength by -0.25 and then trying to do these exercises daily.

If I ever start actually seeing clearer after a while with the -0.25 strength reduction I will know the method works. If not I can always go up by 0.25 again.

All the opticians and doctors say its bullshit but I'm gonna try it out.

Does anyone have any exercise list they can recommend? I think I've heard about focusing on thumb very close to your eye and holding focus for a bit, then switching focus to focus on something far out in the distance, then after a while swap focus back to thumb.

Doing this for each eye a few times a day.

Sun-gazing improves eyesight. So does liver because of the high retinol content.

Got lasik last May. 20/15, no more glasses (other than sunglasses). Fucking awesome, no regrets. But I didn't get any long-term complications, which are definitely still a risk with lasik.
Just have to wear some form of eye protection when doing anything that could get me an eye poke that could rip the cornea flaps loose/off. Shear strength of cornea never gets anywhere near back to normal after surgery, even years later.

Being at high altitudes helps. Don't get the Jew treatment, it will ruin your eyes forever.

Astigmatism
Near sighted
Cross eyed
Color blind

I curse these fucking eyes
I used to wear glasses up untill middle school when my father decided it was a waste of money since my eyes weren't getting better

Tried a bunch of shit like the pin hole glasses someone mentioned, nothings worked

Stopped me from doing any combat roles in the military cuz I fail the fuck out the MEPS eye test so I never joined

In an age where combat relies on guns I can't aim for shit because everytime I look down a sight it's just a blur

This is a life long source of frustration
One day im just gonna get PRK eye surgery and if it gets worse I'll murder suicide

The same way you cure a lazy eye; you do eye workouts.
