>has the legs of someone who does leg press once a month with 3 plates on each side

At that point with that much muscle and strength I'd just go on a cut while keeping the same strength numbers.
It's so much easier to cut when you have a good amount of muscle and strength and a routine you like. You just get more and more chiseled looking as you cut instead of looking the same but smaller like a skinnyfat would.
Just do the same routine with the same weight and reps for a year while you cut bf%.
Look amazing by the end and set yourself up to start building muscle and strength again next year.

it's almost like big lifts as a natural are 90% about cns recruitment instead of actually gaining muscle.

if you want to look roided... go take roids.

Quads average
Arms average

This is what the average male after 1 year of training should look like.

Thats literally all it is kek

But alas, people will keep copeing and claiming "If you gain X amount to your lifts, you will look jacked bro"

If this was true, guys like Candito would look like professional bodybuilders, instead he looks like a random guy at the gym

nta but my squat went from 120kg to 170x5 and my legs looks the same, i've not gained any weight too.
Same for my OHP, from 50kg to 90kg my shoulders barely changed.
My muscles feel firmer to the touch but thats about it.
