Okay so it's a /k/ thread. Literally nothing about this thread needs to be on /fit/ because "how do you form a local militia" is a /k/ topic and the only answer to making a "fit militia" is just "forma militia and make them exercise."

As far as forming a state militia goes, see if your state has one and talk to your state. State militias are run and controlled by the state, so you'll have to do it through them. If you don't like that, then I guess find autistic guys at your local gym and start having meetings. Make sure throwing your hands up in the air is part of the training because you'll probably immediately get 86d by a SWAT team.
