I take magnesium daily (voost drink) and also eat 10-20 almonds for potassium. These stop me getting cramps in calves and forearms.

I also take glucosamine because I had some rotator cuff pain in one shoulder earlierin the year. That and some specific lightweight shoulder exercises and stretches and it's almost back to normal now.

I had bloodwork done a few weeks ago. Everything was fine except vitamin D was low and it's fucking winter, so take a 7000iu tablet once a week.

if you're already doing that much cardio (daily I assume?) and you still aren't satisfied with your weight loss, you need to eat less. but that being said, don't try and rush weight loss either. slow and steady wins the race.

Potatoes have about 25% less potassium by weight than almonds. So you're not really right there either. I was the one who mentioned bananas and why I don't eat the fucking things, and they also have about 50% less potassium by weight than almonds.

If you actually track your macros and micros and you shove a potato or two into that, good for you. I track mine, and potatoes would fuck it all up. Almonds are potassium, good fats and fibre. People just need to be aware that if you overdo them you get a lot of calories.

Also like I said I get a lot more magnesium from the voost. For me, cramping in my calves and forearms (forearms especially) were a big problem. I've been tracking micros and having the daily voost and almonds for over a year now, and no cramps at all.
