He said himself, he already is bigger than he wants to be, purely lifting baby tier weights and barely putting any effort in, so he doesn't see the point in doing any more than he already does, which is bare minimum
Its so fucking retarded when we train together, I am using 2-3 sometimes even 4X the weight he does, and IN THE SAME REP RANGE, and he's twice my fucking size kek.
Me doing weighted pull-ups with a plate strapped to me, meanwhile he's doing pulldowns with weight a 60 year old lady will use, and his back is 2X my size kek
