Sometimes I buy those whole precooked ready to eat chickens from the supermarket and rip pieces of it off with my hands and put it between a couple of slices of bread with some mayo. It's good eating. I'm not fancy with my food.

I save the pulled chicken breasts for the next day, too dry normally.
Don't boil the bones, not enough for the effort. I get collagen elsewhere anyway.

I was planning on making rice chicken burritos but I was too exhausted after gym to shred it all before eating.

Soup is food cooked in water, broth, stock, or even cream with veggies and meats. You can even add noodles!
