Sometimes I buy those whole precooked ready to eat chickens from the supermarket and rip pieces of it off with my hands and put it between a couple of slices of bread with some mayo. It's good eating. I'm not fancy with my food.
>>76352818 >>76352824 I save the pulled chicken breasts for the next day, too dry normally. Don't boil the bones, not enough for the effort. I get collagen elsewhere anyway.
>>76352861 Chicken soup >strip the last of the meat off >simmer carcass in pot it was cooked in (chicken grease and stock) >boil water while throwing in veggies (carrots, head of cauliflower, head of celery, mushrooms, tomatoes, red potatoes, onion) >season with tonies, cayenne, lots of salt and garlic and pepper >simmer uncovered >throw chicken and stock in, cook covered >sip on on it and adjust seasoning as needed >eat as is or put over rice and noodles
