This morning I ate only beef bacon, avocado, eggs and cheese. No bread :( I think I'm gonna go insane. No more white rice, only brown :( No more white flour deserts, only yogurt :(

Maybe for complex carbs like brown rice. But white rice and potatoes should be digested and ready to give energy within 3-4 hours of consumption.
