When you're natty like them that's what strength looks like. As a natty you're either strong but fat and a DYEL in a fat boy sense, or you're lean but a DYEL in terms of wearing a shirt.

I feel like there's a fine line between strength and aesthetics you don't have to have a chiseled 6 pack but you shouldn't have a belly either.

I exercise primarily for longevity and quality of life into old age, then for looks. Caring about strength is playing the game wrong.
