Any anons ever taken these two supplements together? I've read they're good for helping and maintaining arterial health. Considering taking them both. Anything I should be concerned about taking the two together long term (90+ days)
Not on any blood thinners, no known allergies.

Nattokinease isbpretty much harmless. Start from it to see if you don't have any sides.
Add nac at least a month later. Otherwise you won't know which supplement causes issues. Too much nac can kill you. You should just eat shit like berries and rich in antioxidants fruits and berries.
Also, if you are really cobcerned about your cardiovascular health, look up nitric oxide. Nathan bryan explains it quite well.

So I'm on NAC long-term (cycling it) and the main thing to know is it's a chelator; I bumped all my essential trace minerals up to 200-300% of RDA.
