Been making kefir 4 cups a day for since about June 20th. Just moved the grains into an 8 cup jar last night, but I think I'll give them 48 hours to fully convert the milk. picrel is a 4 cup jar. I drink it straight. What can I expect from making this a regular thing? I still get kinda gassy after drinking this stuff, but nowhere near as bad as milk. I don't really notice any lifechanging effects so far but maybe it takes a month or even a couple for the gut microbiome to really change? I only stopped drinking soda a couple days ago and still drink kombucha from my work's cafeteria which might be considered soda-adjacent considering it's a product and not homemade. Still eat goyslop (not mcdonalds but like cafeteria cheeseburgers and fries). Hopefully the calories from the increased kefir intake will make me less hungry for cafeteria food.

Christ, I hate you faggots who look for a panacea in the most mundane shit like not jerking off, cutting carbs, or drinking fucking kefir

They are always looking for the magic pill but refuse to fix the basics ie. slop, soda and so forth

I eat it every day, my gut health has improved drastically.

Anecdotally, my father had a back injury where his spinal cord got damaged from a disk popping and pressuring for a long time. Doctor said he was nearly 10% disabled due to constant cramping and pain in his leg, should be taking opioids forever (not US).
He read some research on kefir and nerve regen, then started making it at home. Now he is under 1% disabled with only slight tingling sometimes, doctor was like wtf bro your nerve mostly healed.

Take that how you will.

Naysayers are fags. Kefir is god-tier. It basically cured my chronic digestive disorder, it's packed with vitamin-solubke nutrients like K2, and it tastes delicious.
