>Run for 30min-2 hours, depending on how I feel
>Get home, full body workout, 1 hour
>Sleep
>Make food
>Back to work
>Repeat
>3 days a week workout, 6 days a week running
I wish to become fast, to be able to run for 36 hours in a row, to be the best runner in any given situation. I like how running makes me feel
