I have like two close friends and neither of them are fit, not by /fit/ standards nor by normal standards. I have a friend that I don't often see who is more or less as fit as I am

My friends have always been kind of weird looking. I'm 6'4 and fit and my friends will be like some 5'4 nerdy black guy or a skinnyfat hippie. It is a little disheartening. As a male we want mannerbund. We want to be part of a crew of strong guys. I sometimes get a little annoyed and embarrassed in public by the shit tier appearance of the weirdos who are my friends.

People don't make friends past college, it's odd. You can get on great, better than school friends but for some reason people consider it odd to actually make new friends.

So combine that with a couple of moves in your life and it's over. In my case moved away for college, moved to a different city afterwards, then moved a 2 hour plane ride away. Frankly by the end of college I'd lost touch with school friend, and maybe 5 years of living in a different city lost touch with college friends. Now i just take deliriants and play jackbox party pack alone to feel like I have friends.

This was my post. My friend literally died just a few hours ago. It's been a rough night, Anons. I was about to go do my Leg Day when I got the first phone call. Was on the way to the hospital when I got the call saying it was too late. I'm fucking mad about it. I tried talking to him about his health but he always shut it down. He was living like he was resigned to this being how he went out. He never bothered to change the lifestyle that was clearly killing him, and now instead of hanging out with him this weekend I'm meeting with his family to talk about what to do about his death.
If you have a friend who needs to hear it do yourself a favor and try harder to get it through than I did.
