I find greek yoghurt hard to swallow, it's too thick and... dry? I'm not sure if that's the word I'm looking for it but I can only think to describe it as dry and sort of stiff. Regular yoghurt is smoother and easier to get down. I started mixing some milk into my greek yoghurt to thin it out a bit.

Muscle damage might accumulate from session to session.
Bodybuilders usually train harder than they should, doing too much volume or training too close to failure with too many reps per set all of which cause more damage.
Bodybuilders in the "pre-steroid era" used to train muscles 3-7x a week, but I understand the skepticism in accepting that training stimulus lasts mere hours as opposed to days.
