I diddlied 275lbs for 3 reps, which isn't much, but my all time PR is 295 so I'm feeling bretty good about that.

Got back into the gym after 2 weeks off. Been taking accutane and my joints have been killing me but its getting better. I was able to lift the same amount as weight.I just got back from a 45 minute bike ride. Feels good to be this active
