Cut to 1600 calories a day and increased protein to 130g a day.

I also do 2 leg strength training sessions a week which has helped me walk further than before without getting injured.

Strength training session is squats (3x10), lunges (3x8), and calf raises (3x10).

Not sure if it's optimal but it's working for me :D
