Look into tretinoin/granactive retinoids, used mainly for acne but one of the few actually scientifically proven topical things to promote collagen production and anti aging, which can help sagging skin. I mix a small amount of tretinoin into body lotion for my loose skin. You need a prescription for tretinoin but you can order it from overseas. There are retinoids you can buy that donโ€™t need a prescription, they work similarly just less strong, just do your research.

You can look into red light therapy (the legitimate devices, which can be pricy) and IPL devices for skin rejuvenation. Again just gotta do your research, people say this stuff is gimmicky which is true if you donโ€™t get the real reputable devices.

Some sun is fine just avoid sun damage. Insurance will sometimes cover loose skin surgery if it interferes with your life.

That's a jewish trick. Sun is great for you - it makes you happier, healthier, and stronger. Skin cancer incidence is way higher in people who stay indoors most of the time and megadose sunlight once or twice a year on vacation. Tradies who work outside don't have that problem, and they don't use (((sunscreen))) either.
