I've been /deenzmaxxing/ as of late, however, the question arises, is two in one day too greedy?

2 is the perfect servings. ive been chowing 2 of that brand every morning for at least 5 years now. highly recommended to mix it with a diced red onion for a better consistency.

the only thing i wasnt sure if the water or the oil version is better. the water for awhile now but it tastes a lot worse than the oil.

It's the only brand at the store that has a no salt, no olive oil option.

the only thing is there's little to no proof of organic arsenic found in fish being harmful. it's arsenic contamination aka inorganic arsenic that is extremely harmful.

I used to duck with deenz, but price per pound you're just better off buying something from the seafood counter at the supermarket. The value isn't there unless you buy a garbage brand that I wouldn't trust quality wise. It's almost impossible to fuck up cooking a piece of salmon.
