I've been /deenzmaxxing/ as of late, however, the question arises, is two in one day too greedy?
>>76358893 (OP)2 is the perfect servings. ive been chowing 2 of that brand every morning for at least 5 years now. highly recommended to mix it with a diced red onion for a better consistency.
the only thing i wasnt sure if the water or the oil version is better. the water for awhile now but it tastes a lot worse than the oil.
>>76358945I put some green hot sauce on it, very tasty
some say organic arsenic can become a problem but i doubt it
>>76358893 (OP)YOU KNOW I'M TALKING BOUT DEENZ
>>76358893 (OP)wild planet is sooo bad. king oscar is my daily.
Deenz are great, but have you tried oystermaxxing?
>>76358893 (OP)How do Deena compare to herring or tuna taste-wise? I’ve never had them
>>76359483It's the only brand at the store that has a no salt, no olive oil option.

uhh i'd switch brands bro
also try salmon its leaner and sometimes smoked
>>76359681It tastes kinda like smoked chicken
>>76359815the only thing is there's little to no proof of organic arsenic found in fish being harmful. it's arsenic contamination aka inorganic arsenic that is extremely harmful.
>>76358893 (OP)Pacific deenz <<< Iberian deenz
>>76358893 (OP)Wild planet are the worst tasting sardines btw
>>76359483Wrong kiddo, chicken of the sea only
>>76361659 Chicken of the sea are second worst tasting sardines and also the cheapest usually packed in seed oil
I used to duck with deenz, but price per pound you're just better off buying something from the seafood counter at the supermarket. The value isn't there unless you buy a garbage brand that I wouldn't trust quality wise. It's almost impossible to fuck up cooking a piece of salmon.
