Gravity training the way goku did it is great, he slowly increased the gravity overtime (but to be fair he cheated by having magical roid beans that heal all injuries and restore stamina).
Vegeta is a retard because Goku worked up to 100 times gravity but vegeta ramped it up to 400 from the start, trained to absolute failure and spend a lot of time hardly making any gains because he was a fucking retard.

Also, astronauts, f1 drivers and military pilots experience g forces which is literally having multiple times gravity, for example f1 drivers can experience up to 5 forces on sharp turns wich make their head feel like it weights 45kg so they train their neck side flexion to resist pulls of 50+ kg but this is during sharp turns idk how it would work in a constant steady state but basically yes humans can handle multiple times normal gravity albeit those that do are in specific scenarios.
That said regular strength training would be more effective to train you for higher gravity forces than having a gravity chamber because your muscles will be forced to produce twice the amount of force for every 1g force increase so lifting heavy would be easier to perform.

explain the practical difference between doing a weighted pull up with a dip belt and higher gravity? That the increased weight ends are your hips instead of your toes?

There's little difference between doing a finger push up on high gravity or while wearing a weight vest.

Humans can handle a lot of lateral g forces not vertical ones. 10g vertical force causes one to lose consciousness or even death. Experienced fighter pilots might be able to do 9g at most.

It would work fine. Better than weighted vests, bands, etc. with less injury.

The question isn't what if 100x like the fucking anime. You'll stay at the 1.1 to 2g range the machine was designed to operate, and you'll be doing push ups, jogging, etc. . . not dodging fucking laser beams like the anime either :(

Obviously im not talking about dbz shit of 100 times gravity, that's absurd but training for higher gravity should be theorically possible within human limits of 9-10g forces but you do bring a point I didn't think about regarding the g forces being vertical or horizontal, that might be the most important factor to make this possible or not.

Still cool as hell since all of your stabilizers get worked every time you move. Your heart gets a workout just trying to keep up with the new weight of blood, your whole system would get stronger, or you'd pool up in your own feet and die of bruising/internal bleeding.
