This but a protein shake with two tablespoons of psyllum husk fiber, two tablespoons of ground chia seeds, a scoop of whey protein, and a fatty liquid like milk with some heavy cream as a base.
It's decadent and really good for you. The fats, fiber, and protein keep you sated.
Problem is, most fast food joints have shitty protein or it costs a fucking ton.
Get a triple whopper from Burger king with cheese by itself. No fries. No drink and get water at home. Be sure to have that shake beforehand or with it.
It's not the best thing you could eat, but as far as fast food it's largely protein and super filling.
Or find a place with fuckhuge chicken tendies.
But you'll really unlock stuff by visiting your grocery store for meats on sale. Usually pork loin/butt and chicken thigh/breast/quarter.
Meat, meat, protein, fiber.

Everyone does it, just be aware of yourself more and stop it, it's very easy at least for me to stop any kind of addiction or urge, I've stopped smoking, weed, alcohol, gooning etc just by keeping an eye on my inner self
