I suggest grip training (duh)
know you're not alone, I too have smalls hands atleast for my size
I struggle with higher rep dead lift sets cuz muh grip will tire out on heavy weights
I refuse to do anything other then double overhand till it gets stronger since its never affected a 1RM attempt
