As for what you can do: Most importantly, stop blindly believing what (((people))) on the net tell you. especially on here. Nofap / semen retention is a prime example with the harm it does. Since you seem retarded, that's going to be the biggest change you should make.
Other than that, I'd recommend reading pickup guides. 90% of them is bullcrap, but the remaining 10% will help you pretend to be normal. Don't bother with psychological shit like "field guide to earthlings" or "how to make friends and influence people", those are written for complete autists who don't even understand that "talking to people" means actually talking to people, and the stuff in tehre should be obvious even to the average autist or schizo (I'm supposedly both kek).
Besides fixing your social behavior, I'd suggest working on posture. Working out on it's own doesn't magically fix problems, you're gonna have to stand in front of a mirror, stand up straight, angle your chin properly (slightly upwards most of the time - too much and you look agressive, too little and you look submissive), shift your weight between feet (80/20 looks relaxed, 60/40 or 50/50 tense - really messed me up back when I didn't knew, and just stuck to the 50/50 I was used to from martial arts all the time).
Proper clothes are also worth it. Tailored or altered discounter clothes beat ill-fitted brands.
