Before you listen to any of all these morons telling you it's genetic and unavoidable, ask yourself a few questions:

1 - Do you wash your hair in the shower every day with very hot water?
Hot water that's much above your body temperature is bad for your scalp.
On top of that, water that has gone through the heater is full of toxic copper from the pipes inside it and has lots of residue.
It's always better to use moderately warm water for your body, and cold for your head.

2 - Do you filter your shower water?
There are very inexpensive filters you can attach to the outlet that'll filter most of the nasty stuff.

3 - Do you slather your head every day with a toxic soup of cancerous chemicals? (shampoo, conditioners, etc.)
Self-explanatory. If you contest this in any way, you're a moron.

4 - Do you consume the appropriate, natural, species-specific diet for humans of meat, dairy and eggs?

5 - Do you consume known poisons like alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, seed oils, and others?

6 - Have you currently been misled into taking pharmaceutical drugs and are currently being a victim of medical poisoning?
This applies especially if you are currently taking any drugs prescribed based on the pseudoscience of psychiatry. (antidepressants, SSRIs, antipsychotics)

Take some fucking responsibility for your situation in life before you blame your genetics without any proof. You people are embarrassing.
