>leg day twice a week bro!!! tom platz demands it!!!!
>NEVER train legs!!!
how about... sometimes train legs? what's a realistic, moderate routine that doesn't require an entire day around it you can tack on to the end of a workout?

something that will get you 23-24 inch muscular quads and 14-15 inch calves. Solid but nothing amazing, but not chicken legs either.

>leg day twice a week is extreme high volume
That IS moderate you pussy. It doesn't mean you need to max out rpe 11 20 sets of squats twice a week.

You can do zercher deadlifts and superset them with zercher squats then good mornings and RDLs
Combining legs with back is fairly easy and ergonomic but i still prefer to have 1-2 back-leg compounds AND dedicate a day for legs

Tom Platz trained legs every other week. There you go.

That's an amazing collection of dogshit meme lifts minus the RDL where neither your hamstrings, quads or glutes are the limiting factor.

You can't just tack legwork onto the end of your workout. Like chest and back it should either have its own day or be one of the main focuses of your workout alongside something else like back or shoulders.
