He's not even trying. I can tell. It's not just about failure. It's about contraction ability too. And of all the other muscles in your body and not just the target. How stable you can stand and support the lift. Even your cardio matters if you can believe it because sometimes you just don't have the breath to keep circulating oxygen to the muscles and keep them all doing their job. Some people just can't not relax. They can't willingly be strong. You think you'll give them the magic bullet and say just lift until you can't but they started at can't.
