Physique: Jay Cutler
Training style: Dorian Yates. I know he snapped his shit up because of it, but I don't see how anyone can watch blood and guts and not feel motivated to hit the gym.
General: Arnold Schwarzenegger. I know he's said and done a lot of shady/dumb shit throughout the years, but the man immigrated from a tiny Austrian village, then became a self made milionaire, 7x mr olympia, famous actor and fucking governor. He pretty much achieved everything he could potentially achieve, and he achieved it through hard work, intelligence and daring.
