>statistically 75% of people have herpes
>most of them are asymptomatic and don't even know they have it
>the rest won't tell you because of the stigma which surrounds it
I went on a date and at the end the girl kissed me. I've never kissed anyone before and I obviously didn't ask her if she had herpes during the date. When we were saying goodbye she just put her hands on either side of my face and kissed me out of the blue and now there's a good chance I have herpes. I immediately went to the chemist and bought this pack of Famciclovir tablets and took them all and I have covered my lips with a tube of Aciclovir cream which I will be applying 5x per day as per the packaging. What should I do? Put a bandage over my face for the next week and say that I split my lip or something?
