When I feel a pump thats good enough for me but I'm not getting gains.
When I lift heavy I'm fucking wooped so I start fearing the weight. How do you get over this?

safeties or learning to drop/roll the weight at failure. Though with squats i also did get a little nervous at times. with bench its piss easy. also dont feel shame.
