so the first 2 months of running a full powerlifting-focused program have passed and at first I was really scared of losing my upper-body gains but I didnt really notice any regress since then
the plan doesnt involve parts like upper chest, arms, shoulders etc. and the only maintainment I do for now is 5-6 failiure sets of bicep curls and lateral raises once a week, bench went up from 100kg x3 to 115kg x1 deadlift 125kg to 140kg and squat 105kg -> 115kg so I think Its going in the right direction

5'9, 160lbs. Won't look huge if I cut but am wondering if I'd look decent in a twunkish/ottermode sense. Bench is 107kg 1RM, first starting set is 97kg for 6-8 reps, underhand row is the same. I've been in this mode before and usually I can get my veins on arms/torso back, etc. within 6-8 weeks of religious dieting and lots of cardio (12k minimum in addition to the exercise bike).
Long long way to go but I feel like a cut would help in the long term because when pumped I'd actually see the benefit vs. when puffy

its been steady progress for the last 6 years, started as a 135lbs skele but still feel dyel even at 180. Torn between either bulking to 190lbs which would be pb or trying to cut to 170ish and try to reveal abs as I've never really had any ab definition and have stubborn belly fat and issues with bloating

as a former morbidly obese person 40kg down from my peak weight, I'm just glad that I look like a regular human being in clothes now
