I've been doing intermittent fasting for 5 years straight and I never think about food or have cravings outside the eating period

Someone can put a cake I'd devour at 2PM in front of me at 10PM and it will simply not register anything with me then.

If you’re lifting even semi seriously and not being a faggot, it won’t matter. Food doesn’t matter. Just fucking eat and lift

Your body gets accustomed to eating at certain times. If you snacked the last few days in the evening, you will get hungry and want to snack tonight.

I recommend gradually eating your last bite of food earlier and earlier over a period of multiple days, until you reach your desired dinner time. I also recommend doing intermittent fasting / time restricted eating with a fixed eating period. That is also helpful for your circadian rhythm.

Many people sleep worse if they eat close go bed time. There are also some studies on this. I tend to wake up with a headache in the morning if I snack late.

Anyways drink a ton of water and wait for it to pass.
Get high and pass out.
Cum and pass out.
Or do all of the above.

Same. Too many carrots make me nauseous, so I don’t feel the urge to eat after that.
