lmao no, rice is 75% water. The absolute maximum amount of rice you can eat without vomiting would be like 800 calories worth. People eat rice because it's a simple carb, it's cheap, easy to prep for the week, and reheats well.

I can't believe this is true. People eat entire bags of potato chips and wish there were more. Fries are a staple side to almost every entrรฉe and people always eat all of them. If potatoes were really of such high satiety, these things wouldn't be true.
