Oh this makes complete sense then
He injured himself powershitting, did rehab exercises and then because he didn’t destroy his body he decided to make his entire advice around doing shitty baby weight and overly focus on ROM which is exactly what rehab is. Wow.

I dont care i just rack plates on a barbell and do 5-10 kg below my max for reps on whatever exercise then do my max and go back to the weight right below it until im literally exhausted
