This same shit but lean your body forward a little and keep your chest high, and make the ROM way smaller. Your forearm should not be above your shoulder, doing this scaring off a bear pose in the OP makes the movement target your traps

Arnold advocated for " pouring the pitcher" when doing lateral raises. He and so.e others may be able to do this with no harm, but a big chunk of lifters should avoid it as it causes internal rotation of the shoulder.
He's also going well above parallel with the ground which, depending on your physiology might not be a good idea.
The safest way to execute LRs is slightly leaning forward, thumbs halfway between neural and thumbs up, not going above parallel with the ground.

Lu raises are awesome but due to hand position they keep your shoulders in a much safer externally rotated position.
