i'm having trouble summoning drive and having sustained strength throughout my lifts. i used to have consistent sympathetic drive and feel good the entire lift, now i do my first set or two of heavy compounds at the beginning and i just feel wasted. i do low volume too.

im on trt so it cant be low test.
i am well hydrated and get enough calories and carbs esp pre workout.
i started too recently and the weights aren't heavy enough for it to be overtraining.

what the fuck is going on? by the time i get to squats i just feel like a weak sack of shit. not even the hardest ass music or pre workout seems to help.
