If you're boiling them, salt the water so minerals don't leech out and don't overcook. If you're roasting, bit of olive oil and salt and again don't overcook. For the easiest possible nice vegetables, just microwave some frozen mixed veggies for ~3 mins and stir in some chicken stock powder.

How sour do you think a apple is gonna taste after you've eaten a bag of lemons? Or have you ever realized after taking a cold plunge that the cold air outside suddenly feels warm? You're perception of things is determined by their context, vegetables will taste way worse if you had a chocolate croissant for lunch then if you had a glass of water for lunch. That's all to say if you stop eating overly tasty food you'll grow a sensitivity for the tastes in less tasty food and enjoy them more.

What vegetables?
Summer right now so try bbq veggies. Roasted potatoes are good, both reg and sweet, peppers are good although I think they are fruit, squash tastes good roasted. Try it out.

most of these are sides, so you can add things that fit your macros and would you add to something like roasted potatoes. (meaning spices, roasted nuts, garlic, etc)

>Broccoli

bite sized pieces, lightly oil, salt and pepper, roast in the oven

thin slices, stir-fry with beef

lightly oil, salt and pepper, grill or pan-fry

slice, then salt, leave for 30 minutes, squeeze the juice, wash then make it into a dip (like baba ganoush)

>Cabbage, both red/green
Thinly shaved with carrots, onions, herbs (parsley works with almost anything) and a light dressing, you can add the radishes there as well

Ugh, who doesn't like peas? Steam them and mix it into some high protein mac and cheese. The sweetness complements the cheesiness
