FEEL LIKE I HAVEN'T SLEPT IN 15 YEARS

CAN SLEEP FOR MOST OF THE DAY AND STILL NOT FEEL RESTED

i had that for like 3 years when i was a NEET sitting inside all day

had to fix every aspect of my life
- become physically active
- sleep regularly (not more, just more regular schedule)
- eat much more nutritious
- learn to manage my migraince since i'm a migraincel

GLP-1s basically eliminated migraines for me. I almost never get them now, they used to be a near weekly occurrence. sometimes they would appear in clusters where I'd get one every day for a week or 2. hasn't happened a single time.

Every day after a big meal: 4000iu D3 + 100 mcg of K2
On top of all this:
20 minutes of sunlight in the morning EVERY DA, non negotiable.

everything commented here worth a shit, food is killing you slowly, mostly gluten and dairy, try eating only meat for some weeks and do dome 48 hours fasting, dont listen to all these fags they never felt anything similar to what you have been feeling for years, after some improvements do some cardio and steam room
