I'm working my way back into fitness and ordered one of these things on impulse. Have you gleaned any kind of practical use from fitness trackers?

The number one most useful number that it can tell me is keeping track of my sleep schedule and how many times did I do cardio the week. Also having a timer on my wrists is excellent for lifting.
There are other features like a step count and calorie tracker, but i take those with a grain of salt and more of a suggestion than anything else.

I have a garmin forerunner, and I fucking love it I use it to track my gym and my running. You can log each set and it will automatically try and find the exercise, and its really good for sleep and stuff. Overall worth. Calorie counter is made up, don't believe it.
