When I was a very young child I hated pooping. I thought it was gross and weird and as a result I would hold it for as long as I could. I only pooped every three or four days and when I finally did it was huge and hurt my asshole which made me hate it even more.

I eventually got over the phobia, but the damage done to my poor anus was substantial. I am now in my late twenties and am unable to hold in a fart. Whenever I have gas it literally just falls out of me. I will probably be wearing diapers by 35 if I don't address this now.

Please give me any advice and exercises to help me heal my war torn butthole. If I can't tighten up soon I will probably kms from shame. Have any of you fags been successful at strengthening your buttholes? Unironically is there a device I could put up there and try and hold up small weights? Help me bros...

pelvic floor restoration requires excessive stretching, the problem is not of strength. it's a lack of confident mobility.
Your muscles and tendons must be strong AND flexible.
There are numerous citations of people fucking up their lower body by excessive exercise in the pelvic floor which causes it to become increasingly immobile.

it's incredibly painful, but it works. it also works incredibly fast since you are forcing the fibers apart. However long term modulation requires very regular stretching. It tends to come back after a few days if you only do it once or twice.

Learn to do the splits, learn what it actually means to activate your internal/external flexors at the hip joint.
You don't have to do maximum ROM.
After 6 months of regular stretching, I fixed pretty much all pelvic floor issues, back pain, and somehow even fixed my plantar foot pain in the process.

Not a miracle cure, you still also have to workout, but if you negate stretching you'll be like every other faggot on here who eventually gets their shit rekt and has to do stretching in their mid 30s.

The best news is learning to do the splits also counts as a workout.
It requires very careful muscle elongation that will activate muscles you probably haven't used in years.

it's been proven that stretching is 100% the most efficient way to strength train tendons, because tendons only respond to TOT due to the stem cell activation being stimulated by force applied. Not by activation.
Example

This is different than muscle activation where the fibers contract and build more muscle mass during the activation.

That's not to mention an excessively tight pelvic floor makes it take you forever to cum. Zoomies who have this problem may think it's entirely due to death grip/long gooning sessions. We do not promote hypertrophy for tendon rehabilitation.
We have seen better results in all cases with

With a small amount of weight just to help the muscles activate to proper form for the movement you're trying to strengthen the tendon into.

No one has repaired their tendon health with BIG LIFTS ever, it's actually more accurate to say it will almost always result in greater injury trying to rehab a tendon this way.

as examples have people with incredibly intense tendon mass despite relatively low muscle volume because they do repetitive controlled movements that apply regular stimulation to the tendon mass.
Muscle mass does respond better to dynamics, muscle easily recovers, it builds upon itself, and loves the bloodflow that comes with deep weird movements.
Now once you have recovered you do want to start weight training because this helps the tendon-into-muscle insertion build more strength.
