Have you ever heard the idea "eat a ton of tiny meals throughout the day"?

That's the reason why you're hungry, so do the opposite of that. Limit yourself to eating only during 1h a day, and after a period of adaptation, you'll never feel hungry again. The first 3 days are the hardest, after that it becomes easy.

your problem is food choice. you need to choose foods that are extremely filling but relatively low calorie. eat some potatoes, lean meats, cottage cheese, shredded wheat cereal. don't eat things that are not filling but high calorie- sweets, pastries, junk food, fast food, soda, and many other things. from now on, eat basic stuff and eat enough of them so that you feel satiated most of the time. the only time you should feel hungry is just before you go to sleep. if your stomach is growling a bit when you nod off, then you'll be burning fat all night and in the morning you won't even feel hungry anymore.

also, count your calories. it helps you learn what foods are filling and low calorie- EXPERIMENT.

Do intermittent fasting/time restricted eating with persistent timings for your meals, in particular for your first and last meal of the day. Say, you eat breakfast always at 9:30 and your last bite of dinner at 17:30, resulting in a 8 hour feeding window. You will get accustomed to not eating outside that window. Based. Look into the Barbieri method, he just supplemented with vitamins, electrolytes, and yeast extract and kept it going for like 400 days. Obviously get evaluated by a doctor regularly if you're doing something that extreme, but it's doable.

More protein. Less everything else. 0.7 to 1 gram per pound of your target body weight. If you are poor learn to love chicken as that is going to be your go to protein source, at 70 grams per half pound you really can't beat it. You can find protein sources that are as good, but nowhere near as cheap.

This worked for me. Albeit - only about 2 weeks of eating 1500 hard cap calories.
Get a huge thermos of coffee and sip it until 12-1 when its time to eat your first meal. Make it smaller, so ur at about 20-25% of ur daily calories. - eat slowly, use ur left hand and a fork rather than a spoon for rice/ground meat or whatever u eat
- make ur food purposefully tasteless so you can get used to not needing a lot of fat. this is the most important part, after a week you'll get used to it and be back on the cut diet
- put on a a lot of spicy hot sauce so u eat slower
- drink water between every bite
- broccoli / a lot of veggies (no calories a lot of volume)

just take it like a good boy for a week and your body will get used to it sooner than later. also eat fudgsicles and smart pop for snacks, but try not to have fudgsicles as ur last meal since insulin spike will make nights tough
Also, electrolytes are your friend. Stay very hydrated. Dehydration makes you feel hungrier than you are.
