Get a huge thermos of coffee and sip it until 12-1 when its time to eat your first meal. Make it smaller, so ur at about 20-25% of ur daily calories. - eat slowly, use ur left hand and a fork rather than a spoon for rice/ground meat or whatever u eat
- make ur food purposefully tasteless so you can get used to not needing a lot of fat. this is the most important part, after a week you'll get used to it and be back on the cut diet
- put on a a lot of spicy hot sauce so u eat slower
- drink water between every bite
- broccoli / a lot of veggies (no calories a lot of volume)
just take it like a good boy for a week and your body will get used to it sooner than later. also eat fudgsicles and smart pop for snacks, but try not to have fudgsicles as ur last meal since insulin spike will make nights tough
Also, electrolytes are your friend. Stay very hydrated. Dehydration makes you feel hungrier than you are.
