How many proteins do you try to macro for your body? I aim for bout 200 to feel good and maingain.
Also, a lb of chk breast has about 130-140g of protein, a lb of 80 20 ground beef has about 80. Healthwise and bulkwise it makes sense to eat more chicken, to eat less food so your body relies more on stored fats when you also do low carb, low fat.
