I like to bake some veg along with it; peppers, broccoli, one whole garlic as standard plus whatever else I have lying around that fits. Usually I bake with hardly or no oil at all. Then I make a vinaigrette with fresh herbs and toss in everything I baked together with some feta cheese. Mash baked garlic glove and mix into it. Et voilร .
