>trying to hit 180-200g of protein under 1600 calories

>wake up in the morning, have a black coffee
>have my first meal of the day with a can of tuna (20g, 170 calories)
>have lunch with 4 fried eggs (25g, 300 calories)
>plan to have a 20g protein yoghurt after my workout (120 calories) and 2 scoops of lean whey protein (67g, 325 calories).

>only have 600 calories or so left to squeeze in an additional 45g of protein plus enough carbs that I don’t turn into a keto abomination

This shit is hard, what the fuck do i do.

>4 fried eggs
300kcal for 25g of proteins isn't a good bang for your buck.

Honestly I used to have a cup of milk every night, but having milk on top of the whey shake I take makes me feel bloated.
>>76375092
It isn’t but it’s easy to make in the morning, any alternatives?

marinate it, don't overcook it.

chicken breast in a big ass salad is the goat weightloss food for me. fills me up, gets me a shitton of nutrients, and if you make it right it's delicious.

>My problem with chicken breast it’s always dry as fuck.
Always at least dry brine it for an hour, marinate it if possible
Do not overcook it, if you're cooking a whole breast pull it off at like 155-160 and let it rest, the inside will come up in temp, otherwise a high heat to start and lower it after, an instant thermometer is worth the ten bucks.
Failing all that you can just toss it in a crockpot and let it poach then shred it, it won't be as moist but should still be fine.

You dont need 200g protein

100-150g max

100 for manlets

upto 150 for tallfags

everything after that is a waste

>200 g of protein
unless you're weighing 120 kg and are lean you won't need that much.

2 g per kg lbm is enough, which translates roughly to about 1.5 g per kg BW.
